Not your average American Pale Ale, Trout Whistle packs a triple punch with Mosaic, Calypso and Azzara hops. Citrusy for sure, but balanced with caramel flavor notes for a well rounded, hop forward day at the lake.

Possibly the most clever beer in our lineup, Avarcie & Greed walks a fine line being both supremely drinkable and high octane. Premium Pilsen malt and Belgian yeast are balanced with just enough hops for an aroma and taste that goes down deceptively easy.

It’s that feeling of wiggling your toes, moving your ankles again, and exhaling….in a bottle. We call Loose Boots our “Apres IPA” ; theres always a reason to kick back at the end of any day; low alcohol, big hoppy punch. Lemon, lime and pine (read “alpine”) with a crisp malty backbone. Who wouldn't want Patrick Swayzon as a drinking buddy? This cool guy packs a spicy peppercorn punch …but you can take it. Weighing in at just 5.5% ABV and made with our house saison (rhymes with Swayzon…got it?) yeast, this one’s full of flavor, stories and is infinitely drinkable.

Inspired by sour reds brewed in Western Belgium. Primal Rouge may evoke a Biere de Garde. But our red is aged longer and is far more complex. Our secondary fermentation with multiple strains of Brettanomyces Lactobacillus and Pediocaucs, and fresh local raspberries give this red a provocative edge, curious and approachable.

A Nitro Imperial Stout that pours black with a creamy tan head. Aroma of chocolate. Smoky flavor with some coffee notes. Smooth and luscious mouthfeel.

The year was 2012. We had in mind a pumpkin flavored stout, but the crop just didn't cooperate. Never deterred, we turned to sweet potatoes for a quick fix and Tower of the Castle was born. This robust, lightly spiced harvest beer was too good to change. A rich porter base infused with yams, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom, goblins and jack’o’lanterns.
